donated this mouthwatering treat from Pronia’s. The
champagne flavored cake has three layers decorated with
rich, made from scratch, buttery cream cheese icing with
strawberries in between the layers. Decadent? Why, yes it is!
Will it serve 25-30 people? Yes! But who wants to share? Bid
high on this one as they don’t get any better!
612 Salted Caramel Hazelnut Chocolate Chip Cookies
Two dozen decadent hazelnut cookies with Ghirardelli semi-
sweet chocolate and caramel morsels, topped with sea salt for
the perfect balance of sweet and salty. Pairs great with milk.
According to baker extraordinaire, Susan Wright, rumor has it
calories don’t count on auction night.
613 Chocolate Buttercream/Dark Chocolate Rosette Cake
Susan Wright has outdone herself on this one! Two 8” round
layers of rich, dark chocolate cake with chocolate buttercream
frosting in the middle, on the top, the sides and in every rosette.
WORTH IT!
