        607 Flan
Inspired by a native recipe taken from the Central American
land of Costa Rica, Mrs. Chantal Castille, Spanish Teacher,
has donated a Hispanic dessert crafted by her husband. Let it
be known, this crème caramel dessert, also known as Flan,
is nothing short of exquisite. Mr. Kevin Castille is known
for delightful dishes and desserts and this Flan is, without a
doubt, a superb crowd pleaser. Indulge in this homemade
custard dessert baked with Madagascan vanilla beans,
cooked over a soft caramel sauce carefully goldened to
perfection. Mr. Castille’s Flan is as sweet as the story behind
the acquisition of this old family recipe for Mrs. Castille.
Discover for yourself why this Flan is everyone’s favorite!
