               NEW STANDARDS FOR FUTURE REFURBISHMENTS

               The  real  estate  team  have  been  working   reception and the repainting of all communal
             closely  with  our  Design  &  Build  panel  and   areas in more modern colours. In addition the
             Brand  Agency  in  determining  the  new   lift has been worked on to improve the user
             standards for future refurbishments to ensure   journey and 6 systems on the AC have been
