              OUR PEOPLE, OUR MEMBERS & OUR PERFORMANCE

               As we celebrate the launch of our new brand, it is an opportunity to review our activities
             over the past few months, and the transition from LEO to The Argyll Club. This has been an
             important time to listen to our people in preparing for our future.


































                                              Thank you to all of you who took part
                                             in the Focus Groups in July, the Employee
                                             Engagement Survey in  August, and the
                                             brand engagement through the Storyboard
                                             Workshops and the Breakfast Briefings in
                                             late August and early September. Alongside
                                             other  group  and  individual  meetings,
                                             we  have  gathered  and  shared  a  lot  of
                                             information about what works well, and
                                             what needs to be our focus to achieve our
