National Customer Service Week (NCSW) took place on Monday 7th to Friday 11th October
2019. It was an excellent opportunity to recognise the importance of premium customer service
achieved through our people when supporting our members.

We embraced the occasion to embed our new 4 brand values and 4 lead behaviours.
By bringing them to life within our teams, we saw how they linked the celebrations to the
important role that customer service plays in our organisation.
