This month we will be looking at Influence
             (I), and that deals with how you handle people
             and influence others.            What could the ideal environment be for
                                              someone High in Influence?:

             People high in Influence tend to be:  •   controlled
                                                       A place that is not rigid or
               •     Inspiring                 •      Few conflicts and arguments
                •    Magnetic                  •      To be surrounded by others
                     Enthusiastic
                •                             •     Some level of flexibility
                •    Persuasive               •       The ability to express ideas
                      Convincing
                •                                   Group activities
                •     Poised
                 •    Optimistic               What does a person high in Influence desire?
                 •    Trusting                         Acceptance
                                                  •    Social esteem
                                                        creativity and ability to
                  People low in influence tend to be:  •     Being recognised for their
                   •     Reflective               •     motivate and influence
                   •     Factual                           To be around others and in a
                   •     Calculating                     positive, fun environment

               As stated, every person has elements of Influence within them, whether they be High or Low,
             and they may need to expend more energy when they need to adapt their behaviour.
               If you recognise some of these attributes in your colleagues, we have given some tips on how
             to best communicate with them and what environment they will best thrive in. We hope you
             have found this useful and provided you with some further insight. Next month we will look at
