Holiday Hot Chocolate
No one knows how to make the season sweeter than Chef Uwe. Now he’s sharing
his super-secret recipe for a hot chocolate mix you make in advance, then savor by
the mugful through the holidays and beyond.
INGREDIENTS
8 oz. high-quality dark cocoa powder 6 oz. non-fat milk powder
17.5 oz. granulated sugar Pinch of salt
DIRECTIONS
Mix all ingredients and store in a sealed container. When you’re ready to enjoy, scoop one
ounce of the mixture into a mug, pour one cup of boiling water over it and stir until blended.
