Expanding  PG E 1 and PGE 2
So their action will be vasodilation by expanding the calibre of the blood

vessel

On Bronchi

Circle expanding again and here will be Bronchodilation.

On Platelet aggregation

PGI 2 and TXA 2 both are opposition leaders

 PGI 2  causes Bronchodilation that will help in making blood
flow easy so they will decrease platelet aggregation

 TXA 2  is opposition leader so it will increases platelet
aggregation

On uterus

PGE 2  analogue Dinopreston (have dual action on uterus)

 In lower concentration  causes contractions

 In higher concentrations  causes relaxation

Di mean two this mean Dinopreston is having dual action.

PGF 2its analogue is Latinopreston.
