Employee Engagement is the global standard for measuring employee sentiment. The
Employee Engagement Survey is our primary mechanism for gathering feedback to identify
needed actions that help make Saudi Aramco an even better place to work. It is important
that employees provide honest and candid input.
The survey is anonymous: it is not possible for Saudi Aramco to trace responses to individual
participants. The survey will be sent to employees via the Blue Survey Team without any
employee identifiers. The results are compiled and analyzed by a third party vendor. If fewer
than eight employees within an organization respond to the survey, their responses will be
rolled up into the next level of the organization to protect their identity.
The survey aims to measure employee sentiment at Saudi Aramco, and it can only be filled
out on a company’s PC and intranet for IT security reasons, all employees with active Saudi
Aramco emails will receive the survey except the following:
• Employees on Chapter 8 assignments and Chapter 14 development programs
• Supplemental Manpower (SMPs) with service-type contracts
• All survey language has been reviewed and simplified
• Consolidated employee engagement and the Four Critical Behaviors (4CBs) into one
survey with a five-point scale for all the questions
• Additional dimensions are included which will provide more in depth insights for action
planning
• 100% of the questions can be benchmarked externally including the 4CB questions,
which is a considerable improvement from last year
• Ability to benchmark Saudi Aramco results with three sets of organizations: other
companies in the Kingdom, global oil & gas and between highest performing
companies, which are companies that consistently outperform their peers for three years
and more on financial parametersSauadni Adramecon: CgomapganeymGeneenraltUoseutcomes. This is a new added
value in 2018 which will enable Saudi Aramco to create more insightful action plans
