MyTrack students in each track participated in quarterly career speaker virtual events. We expanded our circle to connect with alumni and friends outside of the Cleveland area. Notably, we met with David Horvath ‘89, leadership development manager of Disney Parks, experiences, and products in Orlando, FL. David has many years of experience in recruiting at Disney. He was able to give our students great advice as they prepare for future interviews, internships and careers. This was also a great opportunity to discuss the importance of building relationships and networking. David helped students see they should take advantage of all opportunities that come their way because there are many paths to success.
