Practice 16D:  Constructing an Outline
                 For your third test in this class, you will be constructing an outline using the template given above.
                 You will construct it in your own word document and simply upload it when you request your third
                 test. You do not need to do this now because the rest of this course will give you a great amount of
               information about the specifics of writing this paper. But as you complete the remaining sections,
               keep your paper topic in mind start making notes about what you will do and the quotes you might
               use. Here is your topic:
