D.  FINANCIAL  AIDS  FOR  THE  ROHINGYAS  BY  QATAR
               DEVELOPMENT FUND (QDF)

              Qatar Development  Fund  (QDF)  has  pledged  to  channel
               USD50  million  worth  of  financial  aid  to  the  National
               Security  Council  (NSC)  for  the  Rohingya  refugees  in
               Malaysia.

              The fund will be used to facilitate the Rohingya refugees
               through  the  provision  of  healthcare,  education  and
               trainings.
