                            Recipe: Chicken-Ginger Salad



          Main Ingredients


          2 cups finely chopped cooked
                 chicken breast
          2 cups shredded cabbage with carrot
                 (coleslaw mix)

          1/2 cup finely chopped carrot (1 medium)
          1/4 cup chopped green onions (2)
          2 tablespoons chopped unsalted

                 dry-roasted peanuts
          1 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
          1/3 cup drained canned
