Accommodation
The housing team are here to look after you at all times, the office is location on the ground floor of the A5 apartment block. This is also where you will find the housing managers office, which is opened for all your questions and concerns regarding housing. In your contract you will find the type of room you’re assigned to.
Please find below the Team Housing Guidelines to ensure that everyone lives in a safer, secured and harmonious environment. Please bear in mind that mutual communal respect is required as we live with colleagues, who are coming from various countries with diverse cultural and religious backgrounds. Familiarizing yourself with their and local social etiquettes will help you to adapt yourself to make this accommodation as your second home. Please also note that a lack of the rules will result in disciplinary actions by the HR department.
Important Accommodation Information
Facilities
The staff accommodation is equipped with a modern gym located on the 1st basement. The gym is free of charge and useable for all employees. Please note that you need to bring your own towel due to hygienically reasons. Next to the gym is the internet Room. The Internet Room is free of charges and serves Light meals for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Please find the opening-hours at the notice board. On every floor there is a laundry room available, equipped with washer and dryer, please follow the instructions displayed on the machine correctly. On every floor there is also a sitting room available for common use. At the sitting rooms is wireless internet available free of charge. Please find the login codes displayed on the door.
