MAGAZINES & COMMENTS
“... Diablo Rosso Corsa: The thing that struck me about these tyres
is how they manage to combine real sporty handling characteristics
with an incredible, inherent stability. Usually you end up sacrifi cing
one for the other, but that’s not the case with these tyres – it seems
like you can have it all. The grip is really something – try as I might
I couldn’t get the rear to kick out. Even driving out of corners hard
there’s great feel from the rear and it provides a great connection
between the rear wheel and your throttle hand so you know
precisely how much you can give. Handling wise these tyres feel
very sporty and light steering, requiring very little effort to get them
turning. Despite me riding them hard down some of the bumpiest
sections of our test route I just couldn’t get them to unsettle. Brilliant
in fast corners and slow corners alike, they’re just really great at
giving confi dence in all speed areas and all road conditions. These
tyres are excellent sporty road tyres and it’d be interesting to see
what they’d be like on track too. We reckon the Pirelli Diablo Rosso
Corsa will be ideal for those riders who like to keep their fast road
riding strictly on those warm, sunny days of summer…”
