The next thing to consider is buying is a really good deep conditioner or hair mask

that's catered to the need of your hair, so if your hair is dry and brittle then you

need to seek a product that caters that that and visa verse. Following up from a

deep conditioner, the foundation to all things should be your leave-in conditioner,

then an oil to seal in that moisture.

You need to determine what days you have available for your wash day and have

that day marked as your wash day on your calendar or phone, this is a great starting

point in creating your regimen. You need to determine how often your hair needs

to be washed, if you are very active I would suggest washing once a week to help

keep your scalp clean, if you feel that you hair can last two weeks then wash your

hair then, it is important to know when your hair needs to be washed, listen to your

hair and learn to address its needs. Always follow up after a good hair wash with a

deep conditioner and sit under a steam for as long as required on the product,

remember these products have been tested to remain in your hair for a required

time period so do not exceed that.

Use your leave-in conditioner after you have deep conditioned your hair and also

whenever your hair feels it needs moisture, just to let you know that leave-in

                   conditioners are water-based.

Follow-up with natural oils to help seal in all that moisture, so at this point

dependant on your hairs porosity, if you have high porosity hair, you may want to

conduct the LOC or LCO method to help keep your hair moist throughout the week,

if you have low porosity hair you do not have to incorporate all three methods but

instead just do the LO method or the LC method, it is best to keep products to a

minimum if you have low porosity hair as it will only build up on your strands and

                   in turn cause product build-up.

Now you have established your wash day, pretty much the rest of the days you can

fit in your moisturising days, so it can be every other day of just spraying your hair

with water and re-moisturising where necessary or three days, do have a day

preferrably before wash day, to conduct a scalp massage to help stimulate blood

flow, plus this would be a great opportunity to do a pre-poo treatment, to leave in

your hair overnight and rinse out the next day for your hair to be washed.
