14. In this section it gives the supplier to control the delivery of the supply
requested by the adm, of which the function performed by the system is as
follows

I) Verify the request code using the button Search your processes to be sure of your
shipping date

II)you can eliminate through the codes what is requested in the shipping list

III) in this way you can modify once the record is found by searching
which would give the possibility to manage some data and finally save it

occurrence in the data:

I) the request code is not saved due to the error in what was entered, which must be
numbers for the possible saving of the document
II)If the adm code is not taken into account, the record will not be saved

solutions:

I. If it is required to find out the date of shipment, you can search for it using the request
codes or the adm code

II. If the adm or request codes are not found by the search button, it is because the data
is not in the request code.
