QUALITY SESSION MENU
In this session we find a multiple selection menu, where the employee in charge of
managing the quality of the products and services has the function of keeping the
reports, news and setbacks that they present up to date.
We find the following options
• Defective product: in this option the employee can create a report of defective
products either directly from the company to the supplier or from the customer to the
company.
• Failure indicators: in this option the employee can make reports of failures and
setbacks that occur with the merchandise.
• Product accounting: in this option the employee can register and account for the
merchandise that is available ñ. This will give you an updated result and can see your
maximum capacity.
• Merchandise report: in this option the employee will generate the reports of the
merchandise that arrives, the merchandise that leaves and the merchandise that is
needed.
• Merchandise quality: in this option the employee has the function of keeping abreast
of the quality of the merchandise as this will help to improve the quality of services
