REQUESTED REMEDY REPORT
In this selection, the customer has the option of generating a product report giving a
description such as Incomplete products, Changes, guarantees, products out of stock,
among others. By filling in the respective requested fields, you will generate a report to
the database that will help a prompt solution and better service. Keep in mind that if
there is a wrong space, the system will send a warning message and data correction.
This selection gives us some direct access buttons that are
• Search: The client can search for generated reports.
• Print: The client can print a list of reports or specific reports with their respective
information.
• Delete: The customer can delete the generated report.
• Save: The client can save the generated report.
• Delete: The client has the option to delete the process if it is canceled by it.
