Glossary of terms
database: program with great capacity to store a large quantity of structured data that
can be consulted according to the selective characteristics that the user wishes
system: a set of elements organized and oriented to the treatment and administration
of data and information
registration: registration action in the database of each of the corresponding
information provided by the user
data occurrence: set of particular values that all the fields that compose it take at a
given time
Stock units: required units of a specific product that allow us to meet sales objectives
process: phases that a thing undergoes to develop and leave with a good goal
and well-being for the client
warning: notice that is given to the user to prevent or warn that he is incorrectly
performing any service
restriction: limitations placed on the user when operating the system and when
caring for the system
