                Bea didn’t have time to explain. “Thank you very much!” she cried, before running out of the shop again. Then she crouched beside the bush and, pulling some leaves off the bunch of kale, she held them out for the rabbit.
The bunny’s nose twitched. Then she hopped a bit closer.
“Come on, little rabbit!” said Bea softly. “I bet you’ll love this.”
The rabbit hesitated before pushing her nose out of the branches.
“That’s it, Bea! I think it’s coming out,” whispered Keira.
The bunny hopped a little further. Then she bit off a chunk of kale and chewed it eagerly. Bea stayed as still as possible, letting the rabbit take another bite. Then she moved backwards very slowly, letting the creature follow her.
