todevelopsocial awareness,personal internalization andmeaningful contributiontonation-building.
k. Foreign/International Student Services. The university provides assistance to address the needs of foreign
students.
l. Scholarships and Financial Assistance Services (SFAS). The University offers several scholarship and
assistance programs to deserving students. The selection of grantees is in accordance with the policies and
guidelinesof theuniversity andthesponsoring agencies.

TheOffice oftheStudentAffairs andServices (OSAS) seeksto:
1. assist students discover their potentials in decision-making processes towards a wise career and the
developmentandrefinement oftheir intrapersonal,interpersonaland social relations;
2. help students copewith their stressesin life;
3. enhancethe intellectual, cultural, andsocial environment of the students byproviding relevantand
adequateservicesthat respondtotheir variedneeds;
4. empower andenhancetheir leadershipqualities;
5. producehigh credible campuspaper mannedbycompetentandresponsible student writers imbuedwith
highsenseof moral values andjournalistic skills;
6. provide academic scholarships andfinancial assistanceto achievers as well as poor but deserving
students;
7. provide continuous evaluationandassessment of theUniversity dormitories and privateboarding houses;
8. provide enoughdormitories for students (at least) ontheir 1 year in theUniversity;
