REPUBLIC ACT 9165: COMPREHENSIVE DANGEROUS DRUGS ACT OF 2002
Section1. Students shall observe the general guidelines of CHED Memorandum Order No. 64
series of 2017 entitled, “Policies, Guidelines and Procedures for Higher Education Institutions
(HEIs) Requiring Drug Testing to Students.”
Section 2. The Director of Health Services shall facilitate the implementation of the said CMO
in accordance to R.A. 9165.

ANTI-SEXUAL HARASSMENT POLICY
Section 1. The anti-sexual harassment policy of the university shall be based on the
provisions of Republic Act 7877, otherwise known as the Anti-Sexual Harassment Law.

Section 1. The anti-hazing policy of the university shall be based on the provisions of Republic
Act No. 8049, otherwise known asthe Anti-Hazing Law.
