2. OUTCOMES
                ➢ Evidences/manifestation that qualitystudent’s developmentservices are assured.

         The Office of Student Affairs and Services of the University adopted the CHED enhanced policies in Student
  Services for the student welfare services which is was already implemented in our Campus in the existence of different
  student servicesin thecampus last school Year2015-2016.
         Theseenhancedpolicies inStudent Services arealreadyincluded in therevisionofthe student handbook.

         TheOffice of Student Affairs and Services provides sets of services that are concerned with academic support
  experiences of students toattain holistic student development.


  TheUniversityimplements thefollowing student services:


  StudentWelfareServices

         Thesearebasicservicesandprogramsneededtoensureandpromotethewell-beingof students.Theseinclude
  Information, Orientation and Awareness, Guidance and Counseling, Career and Placement, Economic Enterprise
  Development, andStudent HandbookDevelopment.

  1. InformationandOrientationServices
         These are informative activities and materials designed to facilitate student adjustment to life in tertiary/higher
     education.

    a. InformationandOrientationServices
         This service consists of information materials on institutional mission, vision and goals, academic, rules and
  regulations,studentconductanddiscipline,studentprograms,servicesand facilities andsuchotherinformationnecessary
  forstudent developmentandshould be made availableto all students.
         It alsoincluderegularcomprehensiveorientationprogramheldfornewandcontinuing studentsresponsivetotheir
  needs, including orientation on the dynamics and nature of persons with disabilities, and relevant laws and policies
  affecting personswith disabilities.
         An organized, updated, and readily available educational, career, and personal/social materials in different
  accessible formats arealso providedto students. Information materials include statutesaffecting studentssuchas(a) R.
  A.9262orAnti-ViolenceAgainst WomenandChildrenAct;
  (b) guidelines on drug abuse preventionand control, (c) R.A. 7877 or theAnti-Sexual Harassment
  Act of 1995, (d) HIV AIDSawareness, (e) self-care andhealthylifestyles and(f) R. A. 9442, particularlyonthe provision
  onpublic ridicule and vilificationagainst persons with disability.


  2. GuidanceandCounselingServices

         a. Guidance Service - a set of services using an integrated approach to the development of well-functioning
            individualsprimarily byhelpingthemtoutilizetheir potentialstothe fullest.
         b. Counseling - individual or group intervention designed to facilitate positive change in student behavior,
            feelings andattitudes.
