Theseareprogramsandactivities offeredbytheuniversitytofacilitatethedelivery of essentialservicestothe
students that include Admission, Scholarship and financial assistance, Food, Health and Security, Housing and
Residential Services, Multi-faith, Foreign/International Students, services for students with special needs and other
programssuchas:cultureandarts, sports,social andcommunity involvement.
1. AdmissionServices. These are services that take care of the processing of students’
entranceandrequirements.
2. Services for Students with Special Needs and Persons with Disabilities. These are programs and
activities designed to provide equal opportunities to Persons With Disabilities, indigenous peoples, solo
parents, etc. (academic accommodation for learners with special needs like left handed students must be
providedwitharm chairintheclassroomsuitedto his condition).
3. LibraryServices. TheLibrary, beingthe repository of knowledgeof the University, provides andsupportsthe
instructional, research andcurricular needsof students.
LibraryPolicies, RulesandRegulations
1. LibraryHour
ThelibraryisopenfromMondaytoFridayfrom7:00a.m.to5:00p.m.andon Saturdayfrom8:00a.m.
to5:00p.m.
2. Admission totheLibrary
All bonafide students, campus officials, faculty andemployees of the University and other institutions
includingprivateindividuals aregranted permission bythelibrarian inusing thelibrary facilities.
3. Requirements forLibraryUse
Astudentshallpresenttheofficial schoolIDand Librarycardtobeallowedtouse thelibraryfacilities.
The schoolIDshallbe non –transferableandshallbe wornupon entry tothelibrary.
4. OutsideResearchers
Walk-in users fromother institutions shall present a valid ID anda referral letter from their respective
headsof institutions.
4. Health Services. The university medical anddental services shall be headed by the UniversityPhysicianwho
is in-chargeof the health needsof students and University personnelandstaff. TheUniversity Physician, with
the Dentists andNurses, shall conduct a medical-dental examinationto all newstudents asa requirement for
