Organizational Systems Thinking
What is OS Thinking?
OS Thinking or Organizational Systems Thinking is the alignment of the system we use to generate value for our customers (Production System), the system we use to develop our humans (Human System) and the system we use to tell the health of both (Management System).
OS Thinking focuses all our team members on delivering exceptional value to all our customers. This includes both external and internal customers.

4. Provide data on the effectiveness of the production system and how we execute our strategy, plans and improvements
Human System
This is how we have the Right People, in the Right Place with the Right Skills and the Right Effort and Attitude. Our Human System is how we develop our culture and the capabilities of our people. It develops the Right Skills to run our Management System and Production System.
