Roles are well understood by everyone, the right people with the right skills are in the right roles, all roles focus on team results.
Passion
Team members are fully engaged in applying their talents to reach the team’s goals, they’re committed to the team’s success and willingly fulfill their responsibilities.
Communication
Team members listen respectfully to one another, information is shared openly, and disagreements are handled in a way that strengthens relationships and trust.
Persistence
People persevere toward their goals, stay positive in the face of challenges and demonstrate resilience in re-focusing after a setback.
