Effective Team Meetings
A team’s primary venue to discuss and determine what needs to be done is through team meetings. Yet ineffective meetings are a source of frustration for many people – wasted time, missing information, straying off topic, people not paying attention. On the other hand, when meetings are run well:
ü Discussion is robust with quality ideas generated ü People are prepared and engaged
ü Decisions are made and consensus is built
ü Action moves forward
ü Accountability is expected
ü Teams achieve their desired results
