• Share expertise and knowledge rather than hanging on to ‘trade secrets’.
• Assume the responsibility to carry out assignments beyond the actual meetings. This is required where information gathering, process observation etc. is required. Out of meeting assignments are absolutely critical to ensure the most productive use of the Team’s meeting time.
• Get involved and encourage others to get involved. They contribute but don’t dominate.
• Offer help without removing responsibility for the problem. They encourage accountability within the Team.
