Leadership Styles
There are 4 main leadership styles and people generally have one that is a primary style and one or two secondary styles. Each style of leadership is appropriate in different situations. Effective leaders adapt their style as the situation requires while maintaining a consistency in their core values and leadership habits so other people know what to expect of them.
Effective Leaders evaluate each situation and each employee and determine the best approach for each one.
