                                                                                     counselling/psychotherapy  for  issues  including  mood  disorders,  anxiety

          Services provided: Cognitive Behavioural Therapy - Unified Protocol (CBT-UP),   Ages: all ages
          Interpersonal  Psychotherapy  (IPT),  assessments,  consultations,  behavioural
          support andshared care.                                                    Fees: $100 per hour, group $50 per week. Services may be covered fully or
                                                                                     partially by extended health benefits
          Ages: 25 to 65
                                                                                     Referral Process: No need for referral
          Fees: Covered by OHIP
                                                                                     Master level options: Not at the moment, maybe in the future.
          Referral Process: Referrals from health care professionals, family physicians or
          nurse practitioners.
