Our Gianduja combines fineness and convenience. These mixtures of chocolate and hazelnut paste are
ready to use: just cut them or beat them into an aerated filing. Gianduja makes a great filling in molded
pralines or can be enrobed after cutting.

Gianduja fillings are made with premium hazelnuts - perfectly roasted to get a full-bodied taste - and
exquisite chocolate. This explains their intense flavor and deep brown color. Gianduja fillings are also
highly compatible with chocolate, given their high cocoa content. They arrive pre-tempered and blister
packed so you can use them immediately

Sugar, hazelnuts, cocoa butter, dry
whole milk, unsweetened chocolate,
soya lecithin, vanillin, 26.6% cocoa,
21.3% milk solids.
