Shipping Information (continued)
Rush Orders
Rush charges apply to all charges when accelerated scheduling is required to meet a requested ship date. Scheduling begins from the date that all order components ( nal production information, furnished artwork, personalized list, etc.) and proof approvals are received by
the factory. Add 5% of total order for each day under normal production time. Minimum rush charge: $62.50(G).
Shipping and Ful llment: FOB Markham, ON
Orders are shipped prepaid with shipping charges added to the invoice. Air shipments must be con rmed in writing. Orders may be shipped UPS, common carrier or Federal Express depending on circumstances. Title and risk of loss to merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery to carrier. Recourse rests exclusively with the carrier. We recommend that you retain the original outer cartons, packing materials and any broken items received for inspection.
Product Sizes/Imprint Areas
All sizes, capacities, dimensions, weights and imprint areas in the catalog are approximate. Some imprint areas are estimates due to the unique design
properties of the item.
Proposition 65 Warning
Proposition 65 requires that we warn California residents that consuming food or beverages that have been stored or served in leaded crystal products or handling products made of Lead Crystal will expose them to lead, a chemical known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects or other reproductive harm.
Random Samples
Random samples will be billed at end column pricing. Credit (excluding freight costs) will be passed for all samples returned within 30 days. Please include a copy of your invoice with returned samples.
Reboxing Charges
Standard packaging is indicated on every item in the catalog. Most items can be reboxed and packaging upgrades are available. Please contact Customer Service for packaging upgrades.
Returns
No return shipments will be accepted without prior approval. Blank product approved for return will be subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Spec Changes
Orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred up to con rmed receipt of noti cation of spec changes.
Volume Discounts
For quantities greater than those shown, please call for a quotation. Quotations are in effect for 60 days from date issued unless otherwise advised. A written con rmation of your quote will be sent upon request.
Wood Plaque Collection Index
Many wood nishes and styles are available for R.S. Owens’ special process imprinting techniques.
Skid Shipments
Where economical, larger orders will be packed and shrink wrapped on a skid for maximum protection. $20.00(G) per skid will be added to the invoice.
Split Shipments
When an order is shipped to two or more destinations at the same time, a split shipment charge of $8.00(G) will apply. Freight charges not included. International shipment charges (if applicable) will also apply.
Cancellations
Cancelled orders will be billed for all labor and material costs incurred up to con rmed receipt of written noti cation of cancellation.

Damages and Breakages
Each item will be carefully packed prior to shipment. However, due to the nature of the products, damage may still occur. All claims for damages must rst be made with the carrier. Please notify your Customer Service department to arrange for replacements.

Guarantee
Defects in materials and workmanship will be corrected without charge. However, please
be aware that even in the nest crystal, minor variations in clarity can occur. Occasional air bubbles, chill marks or ow lines are inevitable. Such minor variations are not considered defects.

30 days net, subject to credit approval. Visa and MasterCard accepted at time of invoice.
