Since then I’ve been here, there and
everywhere, in and out of hospital,
meeting doctors and nurses. Eventually I
decided to ask my doctor to refer me to
the Hospice, I’m so glad I did. I’m fortu-
nate that I feel pretty ok, but I do need
help now and then. That’s why I feel so
reassured to be supported by staff from
Greenwich & Bexley Community Hospice.
To be honest, they’re more like friends
than staff, and I am treated with care,
compassion and respect.
