personal homes. Intended for those who are not able to make their
own meals, do not have help with meals or grocery shopping,

recently discharged from the hospital, adjusting to special dietary
restriction, etc. Services include daily meals, frozen meals,

grocery bag delivery, or specialized grocery shopping.

At Glenrose Hospital Medical assessment and treatment for seniors who present mild

Edmonton, Ab cognitive impairment (problems with memory, thinking, etc.)
T5G 0B7 and dementia. Additional reasons for referral include

Alzheimer’s disease, anxiety, depression, Parkinson’s disease,

substance abuse trauma, and vascular dementia. Individual and
group treatment available. Educational information sessions

available for family members and caregivers.
