55+) to increase their quality of life. Educational classes include English, basic
computer skills, fitness, and art/ painting. Counselling and other support services
are available for those dealing with grief, domestic violence/ abuse, among
numerous other challenging circumstances. Assistance with filling out government
and/ or tax forms and further referrals for additional counselling, emotional
support, or other services available. Translation services available to senior citizens
in Urdu, Punjabi, Hindu, and Bengali. Home and hospital visitation available to
those who are unable to travel.
