From the President….

Thank you for the opportunity to introduce Consulting & Field Services, LLC (CFS). CFS was
founded in 1995 to provide highly specialized inspection and consulting services to the
petrochemical industry.

Our core values are known as The CFS Way. The CFS Way prioritizes Safety, Integrity, and
Customer Service, in that order. We believe that this philosophy results in the best possible service
to our customers and the best results for CFS.

Our commitment to The CFS Way has resulted in a safety and environmental record that we are
proud of and continuously strive to improve.

CFS is headquartered in Ponca City, OK, operates state of the art refractory testing laboratories
for the testing of materials and production samples both in the U.S. and Canada and has two
regional offices in the Gulf Coast.

We employ highly skilled and experienced certified API inspectors, NDT technicians, other field
personnel, refractory consultants and laboratory personnel, project managers and engineers.

CFS is now a licensed engineering firm in California, Louisiana, Oklahoma and Texas and has
personnel with many years of experience in Pipelines and Terminals design, project management,
construction, inspection, maintenance, operations, risk assessments and regulatory compliance.

Our Leadership has many years of experience employed with Owner/Operators. This enables us
as a service company to have unique insights into the needs of our clients.

We look forward to providing continuing services for our longstanding clients and we welcome
new clients to our Company.
