this was threefold.  First, we wanted to invite a conversation between faculty

               member and their students about mental health.  Second, we wanted students to


               appreciate that we, as an institution, value mental health as part of learning.

               Finally, we hoped that the practical utility of a bookmark would encourage

               students to keep this information and refer to it throughout their semester.




                THE ORIGINAL BOOKMARK

                       The Road to Wellbeing at College consists of the five pillars – Socialize,


               Sleep, Exercise, Mindfulness, and Food as shown below. The descriptions of

               strategies brought together strategies from different aspects of the college who

               may not normally connect.  These included campus recreations, counselling, the

               food and nutrition program, etc.
