proposed project by knowing each individuals particular experience, personality our Project Team
and overall strengths. In this manner, Barr & Barr can assure the owner that they
are getting an “A” Team. Barr & Barr completed the roof and parapet project at will ensure that
135 W. 50th Street in 2015. Glenn Kiefer and Jesse Schultz headed up the team
that produced a successful completion. In fact, over $130,000 in savings was all seemingly
returned to ownership. Th e same leadership will return for this project.

Every project undertaken by Barr & Barr is personally overseen by senior
management. For this project Glenn Kiefer, Sr. Executive Vice President, will accounted for on
fulfi ll the role providing hands-on oversight and always be accessible to the Owner.
Your Project.
We have included resumes of our proposed team. Note that the Project Executive,
Jesse Schultz, has been both building and running projects for over 45 years,
most of which have been in the fi ve boroughs. His understanding of working in
occupied buildings, scheduling numerous phases and good communication with
the Owner is second nature to him. Jesse has recently completed several mechanical
infrastructure upgrade projects as shown on his resume.
Michael Curtis is the fulltime superintendent on-site. Michael was selected based
on his strong MEP experience. He is currently completing the Cornell Tech
Building on Roosevelt Island.
