Chiller Replacement
(Completed 2017)
Th e New York Presbyterian Queens project featured replacing
two existing gas fi red chillers along with the existing piping and
controls related to these machines. Installed three new gas fi red
chillers with all related piping, controls, and electrical work. Th e
chemical treatment and sand fi lter system for the chillers was also
relocated and upgraded.

South Facade Restoration
Th is project included the replacement of the Roof Top HVAC Air
Conditioning for the Th eater and Offi ce Space. Also, removal and
replacement of the Entire Stage and Area below the stage as well
as all MEP associated with this area.
