The Bloomberg Center
(Planned Completion October 2017)
Th e Bloomberg Center is the fi rst of several buildings to be
constructed of the new Cornell NYC Tech Campus on Roosevelt
Island. Th e Bloomberg Center provides graduate students, faculty
and administrators with a new facility for research and education. Th e
building design refl ects Cornell’s goals of creativity and excellence,
providing fl exible academic spaces and pioneering new standards
in building performances and sustainability.
MetLife, Hanover Township, NJ
Corporate HQ
Th is four story offi ce building was constructed on an 11 acre site
adjacent to our completed Bayer Pharmaceuticals Headquarters
facility. Th is new Headquarters for MetLife Investments includes
offi ce space, open collaborative work spaces, conference rooms, a
full serving kitchen and cafeteria.
South Nassau Communities Hospital, Oceanside, NY
Th e South Nassau Communities Hospital Emergency Department
is expanding. Th is is southern Nassau County’s only Trauma Level
II Center. Looking to continue their state-of-the-art emergency
care to the residents of the South Shore, this project will increase
the Emergency Department’s square footage from 16,000 to 30,000
square feet. Th is will give them the necessary room to accommodate
a projected 70,000 patient visits each year as well as establish
dedicated areas for behavioral health and pediatric emergencies.
