           Steve is the principal-in-charge of the region and is ultimately responsible for the successful execution of the preconstruction
           eff ort. He will be actively involved throughout its duration and as a corporate offi  cer Steve will provide guidance on all
           executive decisions which relate to the eff ective delivery of preconstruction. Steve will also ensure that the preconstruction
           process receives all necessary support from within the organization as well as from ancillary team members.
