           Reggie brings his hands-on experience and expertise in implementing and monitoring a Site Safety Program for the project.
           His strong ability to simultaneously review, reinforce and support site specifi c safety polices of multiple prime contractors
           promotes a safe work environment.  His commitment to the safety culture and safe working conditions plays a vital role in
           the success of a project. His strict oversight was the driving factor in the success of the owners OCIP program at both Capital
           Health and Robert Wood Johnson University Hospital.
