1. Preconstruction Fee
a. Barr & Barr would propose a Preconstruction Fee of $12,500, based upon the Barr & Barr does
project requirements listed within the RFP. Barr & Barr would look to produce
as many preconstruction estimates, value management analysis, logistics options and presents will be

d. Th e Preconstruction fee listed will be separate from and additional to the
Construction Phase fee.

e. Limitations (not included) to the Preconstruction Lump Sum Fee includes:
