Pre-installation meetings are convened with subcontractors and suppliers. Submittals
                                                are reviewed as are installation procedures, constraints, and environmental
                                                and safety requirements. If required, full-size mock-ups are constructed and
                                                reviewed. As required, defi ciency reports are issued and corrective action is
                                                taken as early as possible to avoid impact to other scheduled work.

                                                During Close-out
                                                Th  e properly planned and executed job-specifi c QA/QC program will include
                                                close-out procedures for the entire project team. Proper monitoring and rejection
                                                of non-conforming work will pay dividends at close-out when punchlists are
                                                substantially reduced and when commissioning of MEP systems is ongoing.
                                                Upon project turnover, the owner’s operations staff  will be properly trained and
                                                prepared to operate the new facility. All documents used during construction,
                                                such as checklists completed by the owner, architect and Barr & Barr team will
                                                help to ensure the timely receipt of the Certifi cate of Occupancy.
