execution side Barr & Barr has elected to partner with Binsky Mechanical and Lubeck
Electric. Th is approach is unique in the fact that the election of partnering at this
point of the project insures a level of commitment by all members.

As you will see in the EPC project experience section of this qualifi cation proposal, AEI
brings a wealth of experience to the team from the design side. Binsky Mechanical is
the premier mechanical contractor for the delivery of this type of project. Like Binsky
Mechanical, Lubeck Electric is also a premier electrical contractor.

Th e principle company for this project will be Barr & Barr, Glenn Kiefer will be the
principle in charge for Barr & Barr and John Duncan will handle all operational aspects
of the project. As an employee owned company, everyone at Barr & Barr has a vested
interest in the success of each project. We pride ourselves in the passion and drive we
