PROJECTS AT A GLANCE

Barr & Barr currently has a significant amount of work going on throughout the three regions; New England,
Mid Atlantic and Southeast. Below is a snapshot of some of these projects.

Williams College
Science Center Renewal Project – North Building

Barr & Barr is currently in the preconstruction phase of the North Building project. This building is a portion of the campus Science
Center Renewal Project. With preconstruction on schedule, construction is expected to begin in the Fall of 2018. First phase of
construction will include the demolition of the existing 90,000 square foot Bronfman Science Building to make way for the new North
building. This project is seeking to acquire LEED Gold and is anticipated to be complete in the fall of 2020.

University of Central Florida
Building Systems Upgrades

This project consists of the partial renovation of the existing Engineering
Building I, which is 28 years old. The building comprises five stories
and 103,885 gross square feet.

The renovations currently underway include modifications to major
building systems to meet current occupancy and life safety codes.
