● We ask everyone to respect the utmost confidentiality in order to keep the conversation as constructive and open as possible.
● Please note that participants will be representing their own opinions and not those of their companies.
● It is prohibited to record/circulate the discussion.
● This is very much a collective discussion so feel free to ask
questions and participate as much as possible.
Set-up
● Please mute yourself if you are not talking so that we can minimise any background noise.
● It would be ideal if you could turn your video on to make the discussion more ‘real’ and engaging.
● You can choose to see all guests videos or just the speaker’s video by selecting the speaker view button on the top right.
● We recommend you to set the speaker’s cameras to 50% of your screen to be able to see the MC’s slides.
Participating
● You may freely participate in the discussion, if you do not feel comfortable with this please click on ‘raise hand’ and the mediator will invite you to speak.
● Use the chat section in the discussion if you have any questions or need technical help.
● Please answer any polls that could appear on the screen during the discussion using the yes and no buttons.
