Brevard Public Schools logo
• To maintain the integrity of the Brevard Public Schools logo, its design and typeface should remain the same in all publications.
• The official colors of the logo are green, gold, and black. When working with a printer, specify Pantone Matching System (PMS) ink colors 376 (green) and 109 (gold). The logo can appear only in the intended
colors or in black, and can be sized, in proportion, to suit the needs of any publication.
• Copies of the official logo are available from the Office of Government and Community Relations or Printing Services.

• To maintain the integrity of the Brevard Public Schools seal, its design and typeface should remain the same in all publications.
• The official seal of the School Board of Brevard County may not be altered. It is to be printed in black ink or in its official colors (PMS 376 and 109). Direct any questions concerning the seal to the Office of Government and Community Relations.
Letters vs. Memos
• Customarily letters are written to send to people outside of the organization. When information needs to be exchanged in written form within the organization, the memo format is appropriate.
