Staff Contests / Competitions
Purchase a spinning wheel and work with business partners to create give-a-way opportunities at each staff meeting or PD – perhaps even daily!
This can be incentivized for staff who are going above and beyond, etc. etc. – the possibilities are end- less and it brings the fun!
Ideas: Cover a class period (give additional planning), Lunch, Breakfast, Recess/Lunch Duty, Movie Tickets, etc.
***This can ALSO be used for students in the lunchroom, classroom, etc. when they meet behavioral, academic milestones.
